last_verified | Record date from the supplied catalog, YYYY-MM-DD. Not rechecked. |
notes | Notes from the supplied record. |
The normalized directory
directory-data.json covers all 136 records. It keeps application status, topic tags and review fields apart, and it states plainly where a reviewer, an approval or a next review date is missing. The original JSON and CSV are unchanged from the supplied archive.
A record date is not a new check or a team approval. Topic tags help you browse. They aren't eligibility rules.
