Email signup

If you subscribe, our newsletter provider, Beehiiv, receives your email address and any other fields you choose to give. We use it only to send the email. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Loading the form also connects your browser to Beehiiv.

Beehiiv's form and attribution scripts use cookies and referral information to see which pages and campaigns bring subscribers. They may record campaign parameters, referring and landing-page URLs and related details. Their published scripts set attribution cookies for 30 days. This is separate from your saved plan. The planner never sends your selections, request amounts or calculator inputs to Beehiiv.

You can unsubscribe from any email and manage cookies in your browser. Blocking third-party scripts may stop the form from loading. Beehiiv processes information under its own privacy policy (opens in new tab).

Saved grants and your plan

Your saved grants, plan and display preferences stay in your browser. There is no account, and nothing is stored on our server. Remove a saved grant with its Save button. Clear plan removes your selections and Restore planning defaults resets your assumptions. Clearing this site's browser data removes everything. Visiting Plenary doesn't transfer your plan or create a profile.

Submitting a grant or contacting us

We use what you send only to review the listing and reply.

Website reviews

When the review service is on, the form sends your public website address, email and request permission to that service. It reads your public homepage and stores the review, a proposed preview and a draft reply in a private queue. It doesn't log in to your site, change it or subscribe you to the newsletter.

The preview is an automated design concept based on your homepage's HTML. It isn't a screenshot or a full accessibility, security or funding assessment. Emails go out only after review by our team and through a connected sending service. Acceptance of your request doesn't mean an email was delivered. To ask about a review or its removal, use the contact page. Please don't submit private URLs, credentials or confidential content.
