The 2026 proposal window was March 2–31 and only the first 50 complete applications were considered. Proposals go through AETH’s website in English with budgets and supporting documents.
Our note: Ask administration@aeth.org about a future intake; the October 22, 2026 event is a mid-project reporting orientation, not a new application deadline.
Selected institutes receive a waiver of the $300 certification application fee; disbursement is in thirds rather than all upfront.
Watch for
Funds go to nonprofit entities, not individuals; excludes payroll, scholarships, building campaigns and unrelated media projects. Required orientations and course sessions must be attended.
Not confirmed: a grant match, current membership dues or other certification charges. The $500 instructor incentives on the overview are not the institutional grant ceiling.
Important: original snapshot conflict. The snapshot leaves the institutional subgrant amount unstated and describes broad Bible-institute eligibility. The linked 2026 guidelines specify up to $21,000 and restrict eligibility to qualifying Hispanic institutes, with membership, enrollment and operating-history tests.2
