Apply using Notion’s linked form, submit organization documentation and the Workspace ID from Settings → General, and wait for the approval email. Verification is handled by Notion in-house.
The approved organization still pays the discounted Business subscription; a Free workspace upgrades after confirmation that the discount is applied.

The offer applies only to Business; Notion verifies submitted documents against public databases, and each organization can request discounts for up to three workspaces.
